To the CBU Community,
I hope you are safe and well after Cape Breton received historic amounts of snow this past weekend. The cleanup continues on campus, and in surrounding communities and I want to thank each of you for your patience, your kindness, and your perseverance. There are countless examples of CBU 福利免费在线看 members stepping up to help each other in this time of need, just as you鈥檝e done before. Your tenacity and your generosity make me so very proud to be a part of this 福利免费在线看. I commend you for your actions to help out where you can.
On campus, our Facilities Management Team, our Campus Security Officers, and others from various departments have been working hard to get the campus ready for a safe return, hopefully on Monday. Additionally, our Residence Team, Chartwells, Dexterra Cleaning and others have been on site ensuring those who live on campus are safe and well taken care of. McGuires Snow Removal has also been ensuring campus roads are clear and open. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to those teams. This work is tedious and in many cases manual, and your efforts are more than greatly appreciated.
While it is disappointing we won鈥檛 be able to cheer on the Capers this weekend, take in the Boardmore鈥檚 new play or otherwise engage socially on campus, our efforts must remain on cleanup and ensuring everyone is safe. Please continue to check on each other, and take care of each other.
